Raising Money for Scholarship Programs
The AHEPA-DOP District 12 Foundation provides opportunities to pursue higher education, to share cross-cultural experiences and promote philanthropic programs. The foundation encourages the development of civic responsibility and individual excellence, promotes and encourages American values of family, participatory democracy, and free enterprise
The deadline for the returned application is Saturday, April 1st, 2023. All applications postmarked after this date will be disqualified.
Individuals applying for the scholarship awards are to complete the application form and carefully read all the instructions, rules, and eligibility requirements. Incomplete applications will be disqualified, so make sure all letters of recommendation, transcripts, and essays are submitted along with the application.
Scholarships will be awarded at a luncheon during the AHEPA-DOP District 12 Convention to be held this year. Recipients are highly encouraged to attend in-person to accept their awards. If the recipient cannot attend, a parent, grandparent, or family member must be present to accept the scholarship, else, it may be awarded to an alternate recipient.
